Ingredients

- Brownie bites: These form the fudgy outer layer and give the dessert its rich chocolate base.
- Edible cookie dough: The creamy center adds sweetness, buttery flavor, and that classic cookie dough texture.
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips: Melted chocolate coats the brownie bites and creates a smooth shell that holds everything together.
See the recipe card below for the exact quantities of each ingredient.
Variations
- Swap Chocolate: Use milk chocolate (for sweeter), dark chocolate (less sweet) or white chocolate (different look) instead.
- Add Topping: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, festive sprinkles, flaky sea salt, crushed Oreos or press a couple M&Ms on top before the coating sets for extra texture.
- Different Dough: Use edible peanut butter cookie dough for more nutty flavor or chocolate edible cookie dough if you're a chocolate lover.
How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites
This recipe is easy to make and comes together in just a few simple steps.

Place your brownie bites on a large baking sheet. Use the bottom of a glass to flatten each brownie bite into a disc.
Place a spoonful of edible cookie dough on the center of each disc and use your hands to roll them into balls. Make sure the cookie dough is completely covered. Chill your brownie bites in the freezer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with 1 minute and then continue with 30 second intervals, stirring after each one until the chocolate is completely melted.

Dip each brownie bite in the melted chocolate and place on baking sheet.

Chill them for an additional 30 minutes in the fridge.

Recipe Tips
- Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days or in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
- Use cold brownie bites: Slightly chilled brownie bites are easier to flatten and shape around the cookie dough.
- Melt chocolate slowly: Microwave in short intervals and stir often so the chocolate stays smooth and doesn't burn.
- Use a fork for dipping: A fork makes it easier to lift the bites from the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Add toppings right away: If you want sprinkles, cookie crumbs or your favorite, add them immediately after dipping before the chocolate sets.
