    What to Serve with Chicken Cordon Bleu

    Chicken cordon bleu is a staple in any chef's repertoire. What makes it so special? It starts with the chicken breast, pounded thin and stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese. The whole thing is then dipped in an egg wash or bread crumbs before being fried until golden brown. What could be more satisfying than that? Now you just have to figure out what to serve with chicken cordon bleu. I have some delicious chicken cordon bleu side dishes below that I think you'll love.

    This dish is such a winner that it doesn't need any accompaniments. There are a few ways to make chicken cordon bleu. It is always fun to try new ways to make a classic favorite recipe. Some of the ways we've tried chicken cordon bleu are air fryer mini chicken cordon bleu croissants, air fryer chicken cordon bleu, cordon bleu Hasselback chicken.

    One way to serve chicken cordon bleu is with a side of mashed potatoes. Another great option is roasted Brussels sprouts or green beans.
