If you love takeout and seafood, then these Chinese shrimp recipes are for you. Featuring perfectly cooked shrimp and your favorite Asian flavors, these recipes bring all the deliciousness of takeout to your home with no waiting.

    Why These Recipes are Great

From fish stuffed with shrimp and covered in a lemon cream sauce to honey walnut, chop suey, and much more, these recipes are either traditionally Asian or Asian-inspired. They're all easy and delicious, and they make it easy to get takeout at home. Just make it yourself.

Another huge plus is that most of these recipes are compelte meals all on their own. They're loaded with vegetables and noodles or rice to make a meal that needs no sides at all. That makes things even easier.

Another fantastic bonus of most of these recipes is how healthy they are. These recipes are incredibly healthy for the most part. They're full of vegetables and the lean protein of shrimp. You can also pair them with any healthy option you like. For example use brown rice instead of white rice or use whole wheat noodles.

What to Serve with These Recipes

These are hearty recipes loaded with shrimp and veggies, so there's nothing that you need to serve with them. However, we do love to set our tables with some delicious egg rolls or cream cheese wontons to go with our tasty Chinese shrimp recipes. For dessert, I'll often serve up these banana egg rolls for a sweet, Asian-inspired finish to the meal.

If you do find that you want to switch things up and include a different kind of side dish, check out our list of what to serve with shrimp...like my grandmother used to say "you can never have too many options". So take a look and tell me what you're making.

I hope you'll also have a look at our What to Serve with Lettuce Wraps post for even more great ideas.
