Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Prosciutto is the easiest to prepare! The flavor from the garlic and prosciutto, or Italian bacon, are the perfect combination!  This is an incredible way to prepare pork tenderloin.  Simple, fast and delicious!  I wish all recipes could be as easy and tasty as this!

You only require a few ingredients to make this Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Prosciutto!  If you have never tried prosciutto I highly recommend you have a look for some at your local grocery store and give this recipe a try.  Prosciutto is basically an Italian dry-cured ham that can be used for so many things!

This pork tenderloin can be served with anything and everything!  Literally!  I have served it with a salad, we are eating more salad now then we ever did before, any vegetable, potato or rice!  I have even served this Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Prosciutto with a box of macaroni and cheese!  My son Patrick used to love it when he was younger!

This easy dish is also perfect for a gathering.  I hate spending all of my time in the kitchen when company is over.  This main course takes minutes to prepare and can easily be made ahead of time.  Just remove it from your fridge about 30 minutes before baking and just leave it on your counter or in your pan!

I find prosciutto so much less greasy than bacon and the flavor is different and totally delicious, no matter what you do with it!  I use it to wrap around pork, eggs and even chicken!  If you have a moment, please check out the recipes below.

How to make Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Prosciutto

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with tinfoil and a rack, lightly coated in cooking spray. Set aside.

On a clean work surface overlap your prosciutto slices side by side. Wash and prepare your pork tenderloin. Remove excess fat and dry your pork tenderloin with paper towel. Place your pork tenderloin across the prosciutto, a few inches from the edges of all the slices.

Sprinkle pepper and place minced garlic across the top of your pork tenderloin.

Pick up all of the ends of the prosciutto at once and wrap your prosciutto around your pork tenderloin, as tightly as possible.

Transfer your tenderloin, seam side down, to your prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes and turn the oven off, leaving the meat inside the oven.

After 5 more minutes in the oven remove tenderloin and let rest for at least 5 more minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
