    Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs are definitely worth trying. The perfect marinade and blend of flavors make this chicken dish irresistible!

     

    My family and I love a flavorful chicken recipe.  They have been very clear that they will not eat any more dry and boring chicken.  I have to say I can't blame them!

    We are always looking for new and tasty chicken recipes. My family loves a quick and GOOD chicken dish.  This recipe is fast and full of flavor!

    The secret is all in the marinade!  A good marinade is like magic!  All of those delicious flavors soak into the chicken over night.

    The marinade helps make this dish quick and easy.  You throw everything in a plastic bag.  Mix it around and throw in the chicken.  Place the baggie in the fridge overnight and you are well on your way to a delicious meal!

    My favorite ingredient in the marinade is the balsamic vinegar.  We just can't get enough of that flavor! I mix the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger and you get soooo much flavor! A

    At dinner time you just have to throw the chicken on a baking sheet and stick it in the over.  Can it get easier than that?

    The hardest thing you will have to do is think of what sides you want to serve.  Luckily this chicken pairs so well with just about any side!

    Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs

    Ingredients in Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs

    • chicken thighs
    • balsamic vinegar
    • soy sauce
    • garlic
    • ginger
    • onion powder
    • Italian seasoning

    How to make Easy Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs

    Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a large freezer bag.

    Add the chicken to the bag and seal with as little air as possible.

    Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  

    Place the chicken on a tinfoil lined baking sheet with a rack on top.

    Spray the rack with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the rack and in to the oven.

    Bake until cooked and the skin is caramelized, about 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Ingredients
      

    • 10-12 bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
    • ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 5 garlic, minced
    • 2 or 4 tblsp ginger, ground or grated
    • 1 tblsp onion powder
    • 2 or 4 tblsp Italian seasoning, dried or fresh

    Instructions
