You only need simple basic ingredients to make this Smoked Pineapple recipe. Outside of the fresh pineapple you most likely already these ingredients on hand. So, one quick trip to the grocery store to grab a fresh pineapple and you are ready to smoke this fruit.

Instructions
This sweet and smoky smoked pineapple recipe comes together in just three easy steps! You can't get more simple than that!
Step 1: Make your topping and preheat your smoker
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large storage bag. Add pineapple spears, seal the bag, and shake to coat the pineapple with the sugar mix then preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Step 2: Prepare your pineapple
Place pineapple spears in an aluminum foil pan then top with the cubed butter.
Step 3: Smoke your pineapple
Smoke the pineapple at 225 degrees for 60 minutes.
