Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple peeled, cored & cut into spears
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large resealable bag. Add pineapple spears, seal the bag, and shake to coat the pineapple with the sugar mix.
  • Place pineapple spears in an aluminum foil pan.
  • Top with the cubed butter.
  • Smoke at 225 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
