If you love lemon cream cheese pie, then you've come to the right place. This lemonade cream cheese pie is a rich, creamy, no-bake pie with a sweet, tangy, and bright citrus flavor perfect for any season or event.

A slice of cake topped with whipped cream, blueberries, and lemon slices on a plate.

Lemon might be a tropical fruit, but there's never a bad season to serve it up. You'll find citrus flavors in recipes that are made for events and holidays throughout the year, so we always love to make this delicious lemon pie for every occasion we can. It's just too good not to!

This was inspired by our cherry cream cheese pie and no-bake chocolate cream cheese pie. We took the rich, citrus flavor of lemon cheesecake and turned it into a delicious pie that's perfect with other fruit flavors like our blueberry sheet cake and raspberry buttermilk cake at parties.

    Substitutions and Variations

Don't have the correct ingredients on hand? Or want to change something up? Here are some helpful tips for you to change this lemonade cream cheese pie.

    • Kool-Aid: Use different Kool-Aid flavors to make different pie fillings.
    • Crust: You can use any pre-made graham cracker crust flavor. You can find them in regular, cinnamon, and chocolate. Oreo crusts, depending on what flavor of pie you choose, think cherry, taste great. You can also make your own 3 ingredient pie crust.
    • Sour Cream: You can use full-fat Greek yogurt in place of sour cream.
    • Add Sauce or Syrup: Feel free to add a drizzle of strawberry, chocolate or even caramel sauce for more flavor. Syrups like maple, blueberry, watermelon or one of our easy syrup recipes.

    Instructions

This is a no-bake recipe, so it's incredibly quick and easy. You'll be in and out of the kitchen in just a few minutes!

A glass mixing bowl containing cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, add the sour cream and sugar and beat again.

Kool Aid packet added to cream cheese mixture.

Add the Lemonade Kool Aid and beat again until smooth.

Whipped topping added to cream cheese mixture.

Fold the whipped topping in until the filling is uniform.

Cream cheese mixture is added to crust.

Transfer the filling to the graham cracker crust and chill for at least 2 hours before topping with fresh fruit and serving.

Hint: FOLD the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Don't mix it. Folding the topping in helps keep the filling lighter and creamier.
