    I’ve tried with vital wheat gluten and ap flour and also with just bread flour no vital wheat gluten and found everyone likes it better the only bread flour version! Thanks for recipe!

    I love this bread! It's so much better than Subway because of this recipe! It's always consistent amd moist. Not all Subways are the same. The bread is not always fresh if you know what I mean!? I make double batches and freeze some. Thanks for this bread recipe. 🙏
