Big Mac tacos are filled with all the flavors we love about a Big Mac. Loaded with beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, cheese, and that special sauce, a Big Mac Taco always satisfies.
If there are two foods that I really love - I mean really love - it's tacos and Big Macs. I combined them to make this ultimate comfort food, and it's so good.

Instructions
Making this recipe couldn't be easier. It only takes a few simple steps, and you'll have delicious tacos in no time flat.
Step 1: Prep
Dice the onions and pickles, shred the cheddar cheese and lettuce, and measure out all your ingredients.
Step 2: Brown the Beef
Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper until it's no longer pink over medium heat in a medium-sized skillet.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
While the beef is browning, prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika.
Step 4: Make the Tacos
When the beef is finished cooking, stir the sauce into the meat until evenly coated. Then construct the tacos using the beef mixture, shredded cheese and lettuce, and diced pickles.
Hint: Remember to drain the beef mixture if a lot of fat cooks off.

- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
TACOS
- 1 pound ground beef medium
- 1 yellow onion small, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 soft taco shells
- 8 cheddar cheese slices
- lettuce shredded
- pickle slices
Instructions
- Make your Big Mac sauce by adding all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
- Heat a large pan on medium heat and cook ground beef for about 5 minutes.
- Strain out some excess fat, then add onion, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple minutes until the beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Then spoon ⅛th of the beef on each taco shell, followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and Big Mac sauce.
Notes
- Any type of meat variation or fat content will work well. If using a leaner meat, ensure to remove from the pan when fully cooked to prevent over-drying.
- Top and serve immediately to allow the cheese to melt on the hot, freshly cooked meat. Otherwise, you can place the tortillas with meat and cheese in the oven briefly to melt.
- Can use shredded cheese instead of slices.
- The recipe for the meat and sauce is great as a salad for a low carb option.
- You can add some of the Big Mac sauce to the skillet as well as topping the meat during assembly for extra flavor and juiciness.
- Any tortilla type, even gluten free work well.
