- 1/2 cup chicken broth -
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grainy mustard -
- 1-2 tablespoons garlic, minced more or less to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
- 1 tablespoon cold water a little more, if needed

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray and turn it on to high. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both of your pork tenderloins and place them in your slow cooker. In a medium sized bowl combine garlic, broth, mustard and maple syrup. Dump on top of your pork. Adjust your pork to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Turn your slow cooker down to low if you are cooking all day. Once cooked, remove your pork to a plate and cover with foil. Pour the juices from your slow cooker into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium to medium high heat. In a small cup combine cornstarch and water. Stir until dissolved. Add to slow cooker juices and stir until thickens, about 7 minutes. Serve your pork sliced with the gravy drizzled on top. Serve and enjoy!
