To make this turkey leg air fryer recipe you only need seven ingredients. Most of these ingredients you should already have on hand in fridge and pantry.
- Turkey Leg or Turkey Drumstick
- Oil: Use avocado oil, canola, vegetable oil, peanut oil or sesame oil.
- Garlic Powder and Onion Powder: Add wonderful flavor.
- Poultry Seasoning and Dried Sage: Classic seasoning for poultry but you can use cajun seasoning or your favorite poultry seasoning instead.
- Salt: Use garlic salt or seasoned salt instead.
- Ground Black Pepper: Use cayenne pepper instead for a bit of heat.
- Paprika: Use smoked paprika instead.
