Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium sized skillet cook bacon until crisp and onions until tender. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

In a small bowl combine butter, mayo and shredded cheese.
Add onion and bacon. Stir until blended together.
This mixture is delicious.
Remove crusts from bread slices. Using a rolling pin flatten each slice of bread.
Using a spoon spread about 1 heaping spoonful of mixture all over each slice of bread.
Press mixture towards one end.
Roll each slice up and use toothpicks to secure the ends.
Place on your prepared pan.
Bake in oven for between 15 and 20 minutes. Remove from the oven when toasted to your liking.
Cut each into 3 pieces and serve with toothpicks and a dip of your liking if desired.
