Get out and measure your ingredients.
In a 6-quart or large slow cooker, add chicken broth and corn.
Next, add garlic and onion.
Add fire roasted tomatoes.
Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and cayenne powder.
Stir until blended.
Add turkey and lime juice, if using.
Cook on slow for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Using a large spoon or ladle, spoon out soup into serving bowls.
Top with tortilla chips, avocado slices, jalapeno, cilantro, lime or scllions.
Serve with salad and corn muffins or corn bread. Enjoy every bite.
