Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
Add oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder or use 1-1 ½ tablespoons of our seasoning blend instead. Toss until evenly coated. Arrange steak tips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed. Do not over-crowd the basket for best results.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Transfer steak tips to a plate and let rest for 3 minutes so juices redistribute before serving. Garnish as desired.
