  • Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the chocolate chips, coconut oil, and mint extract in a large microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until its completely melted.
  • Use a fork to dip each pretzel in the melted chocolate and then place them on the baking sheet.
  • Chill your chocolate dipped pretzels in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
