Notes

Use garlic and herb Boursin for the best flavor. This Gournay cheese creates a rich, creamy, and flavorful sauce for your pasta.
Make sure you cook your pasta al dente. This means it should be cooked just enough that it retains a bit of firmness so it doesn't turn mushy when you mix it with the sauce. A great tip for achieving the perfect al dente texture is to follow the cooking time instructions on the package, but taste it a minute or two before the minimum time to check its texture.
Don't forget to reserve some pasta water before draining the pasta. The starchy water will help the sauce and pasta blend together. You might not need all of it but having some on hand ensures your pasta won't become dry.
Gently fold the sauce and pasta together. Over mixing can break up the pasta and cause it to lose its shape, which will not be as appealing to eat.
