Place strawberries inside a hand blender or electric mixer.
Blend the strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
Use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream ]on medium speed. Add sugar slowly. Mix until stiff peaks are just about to form (usually 3-4 minutes).
Add 3 tablespoons of the strawberry puree.
Mix for 1 minute until the strawberry puree is fully incorporated. Do not over-beat.
Pour ice and milk into a cup and top with the whipped strawberry mixture.

Notes
For best results, chill the mixing bowl and the whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes. The heavy cream has to be cold, not at room temperature. Please use heavy cream and not a lighter version.
