- ½ cup salted butter
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 3 ounce packet strawberry Jell-O powder
Melt your butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Once the butter is completely melted, add the marshmallows. Continue stirring until the marshmallows are melted down all the way.
Turn off the burner and add the cereal and strawberry Jell-O powder. Gently fold to combine, ensuring the Jell-O powder is well incorporated and the cereal is evenly coated.
Spread your rice krispie mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and let the bars cool on the counter for an hour.
