Instructions

  • Peeled and cut root/tops of onions off
  • Place onions on a piece of foil and drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add the onions to the smoker.
  • Smoke for 1 hour on medium (225 degrees).
  • Enclose in the foil and cook for about 2 hours until the onions are softened.
