Scooby Doo Shot

With coconut rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, and heavy cream, this Scooby Doo shot will have everyone asking for another Scooby snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½- ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Ice

GARNISHES:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Scooby Doo Cookies

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice.
  • Pour coconut rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice and heavy cream into the shaker and mix well.
  • Strain into 2 2.5-ounce (or 3 2-ounce) shot glasses and enjoy.
  • Optionally, add some whipped cream and top with a Scooby Snack cookie.

Notes

  • Chill ingredients beforehand for best results.
  • Shake your cocktail shaker vigorously to blend.
  • If you plan to garnish your shots with whipped cream and Scooby Doo cookies, use tall, slender shot glasses so the cookies can rest on the rim.
