- 1 13.8 ounces pizza crust
- ½ pound salmon filets
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup green onions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, add salmon, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1tsp garlic salt. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until salmon pieces are cooked through.
Spread pizza crust out on a greased baking sheet. (The smaller the pan you use, the thicker the crust will be.)
In a small bowl, melt butter. Stir in 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
Brush butter mixture over crust,
Evenly spread salmon, cheese, tomatoes, and green onion over top of crust.
Bake for 22-24 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Add a touch of acidity: Finish the pizza with lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, or even a light vinaigrette to brighten up the flavors.
- Prebake the crust: For an extra crispy crust, bake it for 5-7 minutes before you add the toppings.
- Rest before slicing: Allow the salmon pizza a few minutes to rest before you slice it, as it can fall apart easily if you try to cut it while it’s still hot.
