Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
Add prepped Brussel sprouts and bacon into the dish and toss with maple syrup and olive oil.
Bake for 40 minutes (or until your desired tenderness), mixing up about halfway.
- Stir them halfway: I like to toss the sprouts halfway to ensure they cook and brown evenly.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: If you don’t have a large enough pan, make more than one batch. When they are too overcrowded, they will steam instead of roast.
- Slice them in half: To get them extra crispy, cut them in half.
