Ingredients

  • 1 leftover steak
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter cold, sliced, as needed
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Remove leftover steak from your fridge about 20 minutes before you're going to prepare it. This way your steak reaches room temperature before the heating process begins.
  • Look at the amount of leftover steak you have and decide how best to slice it up so you end up with pieces that are as close to the same size as possible to promote even heating.
  • Prepare your basket with cooking spray.

Reheat Steak Sliced

  • Place steak into the air fryer basket without preheating. Allowing the steak temp to rise to 350 degrees as the air fryer does will prevent it from becoming chewy or dry.
