In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup of peanut butter and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker crust and chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decorate with chopped peanut butter cups, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and serve chilled.
- Try chilling overnight: The longer the pie is refrigerated, the better. It helps the flavors to come together and ensures it is fully set.
- Use a sharp knife: For even slices, make sure your knife is sharp. You may also wipe it off in between slices to keep them clean.
- Use smooth peanut butter: Chunky peanut butter will change the texture and natural peanut butter will separate and make the filling oily.
