Parmesan Chicken Thighs

Parmesan chicken thighs are coated with panko parmesan breading and then baked to golden brown perfection. They're so easy and so delicious.

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Prepare a small baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying it with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk egg and garlic together.
  • In another small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper together.
  • Dip each chicken thigh into egg mixture, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
