These Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries taste better than classic French fries. They are a lovely blend of sweet and savory flavors, and they’re good for you, too!

Preheat the oven 425° F.
Cut the ends off and discard. Cut the potatoes into ½-inch sticks.
Transfer the potatoes to a 10 x 15 parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Add the oil and dried seasonings to the fries. Make sure the potatoes are fully coated in the seasonings.
Cook for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, add the sauce ingredients. Mix until combined.
Toss the fries around.
Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and a little crispy.
Top the potatoes with the fresh parsley and a sprinkle of salt.
Serve immediately.
