  • Preheat the oven 425° F.
  • Cut the ends off and discard. Cut the potatoes into ½-inch sticks.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a 10 x 15 parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Add the oil and dried seasonings to the fries. Make sure the potatoes are fully coated in the seasonings.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, add the sauce ingredients. Mix until combined.
  • Toss the fries around.
  • Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and a little crispy.
  • Top the potatoes with the fresh parsley and a sprinkle of salt.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd your sweet potato fries on the sheet pan, or they will become soggy and not crispy.
  • Slice your sweet potatoes into similarly sized sticks so they cook evenly.
  • If you don’t like the texture of the skin, peel your sweet potatoes.
