In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and peanut butter chips for about 1 ½ minutes on half power. Give the chips a stir and continue heating them for 30 seconds at a time on half power until they’re completely melted.
Use a fork to dip each Oreo in the melted chip mixture and then carefully place them on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle each Oreo bite with some crushed Reese’s pieces and transfer them to the freezer for an hour.
Serve and enjoy!
- Go topping crazy: Experiment with different toppings like mini marshmallows, chopped peanuts, sprinkles and even just a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
- Use a fork: The best way to get the Oreos out once they’re completely covered in the melted chocolate mixture is to use a fork. This will allow the excess melted chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Add a bit of oil: To get a perfectly smooth coating on the Oreos, add a teaspoon of any neutral-flavored cooking oil of your choice into the peanut butter and chocolate mixture.
- Move quickly: Speed is key to covering all the Oreos and getting the toppings on. Make sure you have everything ready before you start for a smoother process.
