- ¼ cup heavy cream you can also use half & half or milk
- ¾ cup vanilla bean ice cream Breyers, Haagen Daz or your favorite brand
- 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 4 Oreo cookies
- ¼ cup espresso cooled, optional
Get out and measure your ingredients.
Using a high-speed blender add your ice.
Add ice cream.
Add heavy cream.
Add vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Next, add the mini chocolate chips and Oreos.
Add the espresso shot if using.
Blend.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
