No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

This easy no bake chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe is full of rich peanut butter and chocolate flavors, NOT a lot of work!

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Place white bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring often, until bark is completely melted.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until uniform.
  • Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir again until the fudge is uniform.
  • Pour mixture into your prepared pan.
  • Add shaved chocolate on top.
  • Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until it is hardened.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • If your fudge is too firm, add a splash of milk before refrigerating.
  • Let fudge come to room temperature before serving.
  • Serve cool or at room temperature.
  • Use high-quality chocolate for melting; this will help to achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Refrigerating the mixture overnight can give you better results compared to two hours of refrigeration time.
  • To ensure that your fudge is evenly mixed, try stirring by hand rather than with a mixer as it can create too many air bubbles in the mixture which may affect consistency later down the line when cutting into pieces after chilling in refrigerator.
