Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 large lime juiced, about 1 tbsp
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups diced Mango
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and diced
  • ½ large red onion sliced

Instructions

  • Make the dressing. In a medium bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, honey, and chili powder. Set aside.
  • Mix the ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the Mango, red pepper, jalapeno, and red onion.
  • Add the dressing. Add the honey dressing to the salad mixture and fold it in well until completely incorporated.
  • Chill. Cover and place the salad in your refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to blend together (If possible). Toss or stir salad when ready to serve.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator for 3–4 days. Freezing is not recommended as the texture changes.
