  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: dill pickles and/or slices of cheese

Instructions

  • Place the ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet. Be sure to cook them over medium-high heat, and break up the beef with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Once the beef is browned and the onions are soft, add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir them all really well to combine all the ingredients and continue cooking the meat mixture for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors combine.
  • Spoon the brown ground beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the hamburger buns and feel free to add any optional toppings like dill pickles and slices of cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on the sandwiches and serve immediately while hot with a side of chips, or french fries.
