- 14 ounces polska kielbasa sausage
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
Using a sharp knife, slice the whole kielbasa into ½-inch - 2-inch pieces. Don’t worry about making them perfect.
Place the thick slices of sausage in a single layer in the bottom of your air fryer basket. Make sure they don’t overlap to ensure even cooking.
Cook the kielbasa slices in the air fryer at 400°F for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, use tongs to turn the kielbasa slices over. This helps them cook evenly and achieve a nice brown color on both sides.
Cook for another 7 minutes, or until the kielbasa slices reach your desired doneness and brownness.
Let the air fryer sausage cool in the air fryer basket for about 1-2 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious air-fried kielbasa!
- Line the Air Fryer Basket: For easy clean up, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, aluminum foil.
- Spray With Olive Oil: Give the sliced kielbasa a light spritz of cooking oil or non-stick spray for extra crispiness.
- Use a Meat Thermometer: A fully cooked kielbasa (Polish smoked sausage) should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). We recommend using a meat thermometer and checking the internal temperature by inserting the probe into the thickest part of the sausage.
