This instant pot asparagus is ready in no time flat, and it's so delicious. It only takes a few minutes to make from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus fresh
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • Trim bottoms of asparagus off to be sure it fits in the instant pot.

  • Put water, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper inside pot. Stir.

  • Turn instant pot to SAUTE. Heat until butter is melted.
  • Add asparagus.

  • Place lid on pot. PRESSURE on HIGH for 1 minute. Release pressure.

  • Remove asparagus from the pot.
