Bake chicken tenders according to package directions. Once baked, leave your oven on and set to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Slice the slider buns in half (keep them connected). Place bottom half, cut side up, in casserole dish and brush with extra melted butter.
Bake for 5 minutes and set aside.
In a large heavy-bottom non-stick skillet, combine the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar. Stir and cook over medium heat until well combined and smooth.
Place your warm chicken tenders into the hot honey sauce and flip them until each one is well coated.
Grab your casserole dish with bottom buns and add hot honey-coated chicken tenders, drizzle any extra hot honey sauce over them, add pickle chips, and then bun tops.
In a small bowl, combine your melted butter with the garlic powder and brush it over the bun tops.
Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are toasted and the sliders are heated throughout. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
