Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, sriracha, Worcestershire, dijon mustard, peppercorn, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Whisk until blended. Set aside.
Cut sausage into 1” pieces. Wash and cut peppers, zucchini, and red onion into 1” pieces. Add all to a large mixing bowl with cherry tomatoes.
Stir until blended.
Pour marinade into the bowl with the sausage and vegetables.
Gently toss until coated. *You can marinate this for up to 24 hours if meal prepping or making ahead of time*
When ready to eat, preheat the grill or oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the sausage and vegetables onto the baking sheet.
Place directly onto the grill grate or into the center rack in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy every bite!
