  • Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, sriracha, Worcestershire, dijon mustard, peppercorn, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Whisk until blended. Set aside.
  • Cut sausage into 1” pieces. Wash and cut peppers, zucchini, and red onion into 1” pieces. Add all to a large mixing bowl with cherry tomatoes.
  • Stir until blended.
  • Pour marinade into the bowl with the sausage and vegetables.
  • Gently toss until coated. *You can marinate this for up to 24 hours if meal prepping or making ahead of time*
  • When ready to eat, preheat the grill or oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the sausage and vegetables onto the baking sheet.
  • Place directly onto the grill grate or into the center rack in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy every bite!
