- 15 graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 4 cups cool whip thawed
- 4 cups chocolate pudding
Break your graham crackers in half so you have 30 squares. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with half of the graham crackers squares and set aside.
Use an electric hand mixer to whisk together the marshmallow fluff and cool whip in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until they are smooth and homogenous.
Pour the cool whip mixture on top of the graham crackers and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
Use your spatula to spread the chocolate pudding over the top of the cool whip mixture. Top with the remaining graham cracker squares.
Transfer your s’mores bars to the freezer for about 6 hours, or until the pudding and cool whip have set.
Slice your bars into 15 evenly sized pieces, serve, and enjoy!
- Store your frozen s’mores in an airtight container or tightly covered in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Line the 9x13 pan with parchment paper to make the bars easier to lift out of the pan and slice.
- Cover them tightly with the plastic wrap, touching the surface to prevent ice crystals.
