  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir until melted and combined. You may need to heat a little more, only for 15 seconds at a time. Stir well, then add the vanilla.
  • Spread evenly in the pan.
  • Spoon the dulce de leche over the hot fudge and use a knife to marble the dulce de leche into the fudge. Don’t overmix.
  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting.

Notes

Tips:
  • Use a thick dulce de leche, not a pourable kind.
  • Use a knife to marble in the dulce de leche to the warm white chocolate fudge.
  • Make smooth, swirling motions to marble the fudge.
  • Don't overwork the fudge with marbling. You could turn it to mud.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
May be frozen for up to 3 months.
