- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1 Prebaked pizza Crust
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
Options
- pickles, sliced
- lettuce, shredded
- tomatoes, chopped
- jalapenos, seeded and sliced
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
Brown the ground meat with the onions and garlic.
Until no pink remains.
Drain the fluids from the meat then add the Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
Combine the mustard and the ketchup and stir well.
Coat the pizza crust with the sauce mix.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese and half the cheddar cheese all over the pizza crust.
Spread the ground meat mixture all over the top, evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top.
Bake in the oven on a baking sheet (or pizza stone) for 8-10 Minutes.
Serve immediately.
