  • 1 packet 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 2 cups baby yellow potatoes
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups celery chopped
  • 2 cups onion chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the slow cooker by coating it lightly with cooking spray.

  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
  • Remove the roast, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred as desired.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
