Ingredients

  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish

Instructions

  • To a bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until combined.
  • Sprinkle the top with the remainder of the cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions.

Notes

  • I highly recommend chilling the dip before serving it to allow the flavors to meld together so it tastes even better.
  • Add a splash of milk or a little more sour cream if the dip is too thick for your preference.
  • Avoid freezing the dip as it will separate and become watery as it thaws.
