- 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 pkg. (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish
- 2 stalks green onions sliced reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish
To a bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until combined.
Sprinkle the top with the remainder of the cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions.
- I highly recommend chilling the dip before serving it to allow the flavors to meld together so it tastes even better.
- Add a splash of milk or a little more sour cream if the dip is too thick for your preference.
- Avoid freezing the dip as it will separate and become watery as it thaws.
