In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and milk until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the pudding is thickened and fully set.
Remove the pudding from the refrigerator. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and creamy. Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Fold the mini marshmallows into the Oreo mixture until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies and mini marshmallows for extra flavor and texture. Serve chilled and enjoy.
