Get out and measure all of your ingredients!
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals. Stirring in between each interval until smooth. Add pecans.
Keep stirring until blended.
Once incorporated, place your muffin liners inside your mini muffin pan.
Fill mini muffin liners ¾ full with white chocolate mixture. Chill for an hour and allow to harden.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals , stirring in between each interval until smooth.
Spoon a thin layer of chocolate over bites. Shake the pan gently to even out the chocolate.
Add M&Ms, sparkles or sprinkles on top.
Chill until chocolate is hardened, at least an hour, if not two.
Serve and enjoy every bite.
