Chicken Club Sandwich
This Chicken Club Sandwich recipe is perfect for lunch or a quick and easy dinner. It’s one of my favorite ways to use up leftover rotisserie chicken and bacon.

- 6 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread toasted
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 6 slices large tomato or beefsteak tomato
- 2 rotisserie chicken breasts sliced
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices pre-cooked bacon
Toast the bread.
Smear the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of the toasted bread.
Sprinkle black pepper on top of the mayonnaise.
In order place the cheese, lettuce, tomato, and chicken on top of the first piece of toasted bread.
Place a piece of toasted bread on top.
In order place the cheese, lettuce, ham, bacon, and tomato on top of the second piece of the toasted bread.
Top the sandwich with the third piece of toasted bread.
- Store an extra or leftover chicken club sandwich tightly wrapped for up to 2 days in he refrigerator.
- Try this sandwich with cooked or baked chicken breasts instead of rotisserie chicken if you want.
- Pat the lettuce and tomato dry with paper towels to prevent the bread from becoming soggy.
