Chicken Caesar Wrap
Crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, and made with a homemade, savory dressing, this chicken Caesar salad wrap is perfect for warm days.

- 1 rotisserie chicken remove skin and bone, shredded or sliced
- 6 large tortillas
- 12 slices bacon cooked to crisp and crumbled
- 1 bunch romaine lettuce cleaned and not chopped unless desired
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded optional
- 1 large tomato sliced, if desired
Creamy Caesar Sauce (Or Use Store-bought)
Prepare bacon in your microwave, oven or on the stovetop. Whichever you prefer. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl combine mayonnaise, oil, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic. Whisk until totally incorporated. If using store bought caesar salad dressing you can skip this step.
Lay tortillas flat on your work surface. Smear some dressing directly down the middle of the tortilla or wrap.
Clean your lettuce leaves and do not chop them. Cut ends off and leave in long pieces, or spears, to make building the wrap easier. You may need to cut your lettuce leaves in half, across the spine, to fit inside the wrap. The ideal spine length is about 4 inches long for a large sized tortilla. Set aside in a strainer to dry or use paper towel later on to pat lettuce dry if necessary.
Place your lettuce leaves in the middle of your tortillas along with your slice tomatoes, bacon, chicken and cheese if using.
Fold up ends in and roll up as tight as you can. Serve with extra dressing on the side. Enjoy!
- Set the lettuce leaves aside in a strainer or on paper towels after you wash them so that all moisture is removed.
- Adjust the amount of Caesar salad dressing on your wrap to your personal preference. If you love dressing, drizzle on a bunch. If you like it light, maybe just dip the wrap into the dressing as you enjoy it. Feel free to swap it up with another dressing for different flavors, like ranch dressing, pesto mayo, or chipotle mayonnaise!
