Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Colby jack cheese shredded, divided, or cheddar
  • 1 pkt (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tablespoon garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 3-5 breasts
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup of the Colby jack cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  • Place your chicken in a single layer in your prepared casserole dish.
  • Spread the ranch mixture over each chicken breast and then bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature on each chicken breast is 165 degrees.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the breasts. Let it sit for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
