- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups Colby jack cheese shredded, divided, or cheddar
- 1 pkt (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 3-5 breasts
- Parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup of the Colby jack cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
Place your chicken in a single layer in your prepared casserole dish.
Spread the ranch mixture over each chicken breast and then bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature on each chicken breast is 165 degrees.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the breasts. Let it sit for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
