- 1 cup rotisserie chicken shredded, warm or cold
- 2 cups lettuce mix chopped, or romaine, iceberg, green leaf, red leaf spring mix
- ¼ cup buffalo chicken sauce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup cucumber diced
- ½ cup carrot shredded
- ½ cup red onion sliced
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon green onion sliced
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and buffalo sauce until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the salad so the flavors have time to blend.
