Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Easy Oven Recipe)

Preheat your oven to 400° F.
Prepare a 13 x 9 inch pan with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
Remove the pork chops from their package and pat dry.
Rub the brown sugar mixture all over both sides of dry the pork chops. Use all of the spice mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. After 15 minutes flip pork chops over and adjust a bit in the glaze.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and serve.
- Use pork chops at least 1 inch thick so they stay juicy and don’t dry out.
- Pat the chops completely dry before seasoning to help the brown sugar rub stick and caramelize.
