Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls still connected
  • 1 pound cooked beef brisket
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup dill pickle chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat an 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Slice the connected Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully layer the cheese, then cooked brisket evenly over the rolls, followed by the dill pickle chips and shredded Colby-Jack cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly toasted, the cheese is melted, and the sliders are heated through.
  • Sprinkle the sliders with the chopped parsley. Slice into individual sandwiches and serve warm.

Notes

  • Toast the rolls first: Baking the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls for 5 minutes before assembling helps prevent soggy sliders and creates a sturdier base for the filling.
  • Layer for the best bite: Layer the cheese, brisket, pickles, and remaining cheese evenly so every slider has the perfect balance of smoky beef, melty cheese, and tangy crunch.
  • Bake until just melted: Remove the sliders as soon as the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden to keep the brisket tender and the rolls soft inside with crisp tops.
  • Customize and store: Add barbecue sauce, crispy onions, bacon, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in a 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave individual sliders for 30 to 60 seconds.
