  • To a bowl, add the sauce ingredients. Mix until combined. Place in the fridge.

Notes

  • Add some more mayonnaise and omit the sour cream for a thinner consistency.
  • Avoid freezing the blooming onion sauce because the dairy separates, and it becomes watery as it thaws.
  • There will be minimal separation after the dip sits in the fridge. Give it a good whisk, and it will be fine!
